I started learning to cook before I could reach the counter.  My father made a family spaghetti recipe that required homemade meatballs.  Somehow, he made rolling meatballs a really fun game where my brother, sister, and I tried to make the best meatballs the fastest.  We were either very strange children or my father was a very persuasive individual.  Regardless, that’s how I remember where my love of cooking began.

This blog attempts to share my experiences in the kitchen, at restaurants, and stores whether locally or abroad.  I hope that others will be able to contribute their experiences and correct my inevitably fallible knowledge.  Here’s to hoping that we can learn from one another.
